We love shopping at Ashley, we stopped in, and Mark approached us. He was very nice and helpful. He allowed time to look around without trying to sell us on everything we looked at, which was nice. My wife and I stopped in to try out the different beds, and we were greeted at the door by Mike Minarcek. He guided us through all the options and was incredibly patient as we took our time deciding. With his help, we ultimately chose the DreamCloud along with the Night Ice Pillow. Mike was fantastic throughout the entire process, and I really appreciate the support he provided.

Bailey Moore is the best!! Very knowledgeable about the furniture, fabrics and demonstrated how sturdy and well made Ashley furniture is. I had a specific need for my husband and he took me through the entire store and went beyond to help me. You should be very proud to have him on your team. Jason and the entire team are so friendly and willing help. Hats off to them!! Excited to get our new couch.

Ashley Furniture was our second stop of the day but several months before , we visited several stores on our journey to find the right couch and love seat option for our space. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sarah. Sarah worked with us for a couple of hours and was not a sales person but rather a problem solver. She helped us and presented ideas for our space. We ended up with a solution we had not thought of that made total sense …. Move our tv to another wall to accommodate our needs. Sarah is highly recommended and Ashley has great furniture options at reasonable prices.

We have purchased two entire households of furniture from Ashley and have been entirely pleased with each experience. The service was always professional and very helpful when trying to make decisions. The quality of the furniture for the price was above many other stores shopped. The delivery and setup service was also excellent and professional. Would recommended Ashley to anyone in the market for quality furniture.

Shopping at Ashley was a great experience. They are a total team. Laura assisted me. She was over the top, making sure I had all the information I needed. Laura gave me great advice and showed me all my options. Sarah helped me with my shipping requirements. She helped me figure out a way to get it in my front door and made sure delivery was informed. I will most assuredly go there again!

Impressed with the quality of the furniture! We got a great deal as part of an early Black Friday promotion. It was easy to purchase and delivery/setup was reasonably priced. We noticed a problem with a drawer the day of delivery; within 2 days, a technician was scheduled to come repair it. Overall, we experienced great customer service and are very happy with our new furniture!

Ashley Furniture is excellent. I’m so happy to have met with my Cathy who sold my favorite chairs over a year ago at Value City furniture. Finding a similar furniture from Ashley furniture just made my day. Thank you Cathy for leaving a mark of quality in me🥰 …
